Warranty and Returns
Slaughter Supply replaces or repairs products under warranty as needed.
If your product is irreparable through warranty a return may apply. Please email us at email@example.com
If a replacement or return is applicable, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment and credit will be issued when the products are received by our warehouse. A 25% restocking fee will apply to some returns. Initial shipping costs incurred by Slaughter Supply are non refundable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom Products (if applicable)
Custom products cannot be returned.
International Shipments (if applicable)
Products shipped outside of the USA cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
